22 October 2015 , Thursday night Call from WISAR Dispatcher for the Augementation at Ty Lando to Calumpit Bulacan Flood
Assistance, and additional Rescue Manpower requested by PDRRMC Bulacan Rescue thru Cristy Dante Shepard for Rescue Ops for Typhoon Lando, that flooded the Province of Calumpit Bulacan. Advance Party was sent to the Office of PDRRMC Bulacan Rescue Malolos Bulacan for Augmentation of the WISAR Philippines operators. Attended by Erwin “Nayn” Rañola and assigned Team Leader for WISAR Phils’ Calumpit Rescue operations. 23 Oct 2015 7am Started operation with the PDRRMC Team lead by Shepard and Lambert Sylvestre. Docked and checked in to Calumpit IC and was able to Rescue 8 adults, 5 Children and a Deceased infant, as per IC, due to Hypothermia. The 1st Day Ops, assisted the Brgy Bulusan and Sto.Niño. Which the travel on flood water took 2 hours to reach the locals. The Rescue Operations for the Team,was stopped at around 4pm to rest, and make way for other Rescue Teams from other municipalities.

23 oct 2015, WISAR Team arrived at 2105hrs composed of:

8. Bulik VeraraTeam Leader – Nayn Rañola (been on standby with Bulacan Rescue).

And at 10pm meeting with PDRRMC Bulacan Rescue Team Leader Cristy Dante Shepard for the operation for the next day.
At 7:30am, of 24 Oct 2016 orientation on the said Operation in Calumpit. At 8am Prep for Equipments for the TEAM WISAR Operators, at 0946hrs Departure from the PDRRMC Headquarters. Was sent to evacuate patients of Calumpit District Hospital arrived at 11hrs.
0119hrs Check in at Calumpit IC for the Augmentation.As of this time all is good as per IC, went on standby for any Emergencies with the Team. Check out from Calumpit IC at 1500hrs endorsement to IC, check out. At 1630hrs got to PDRRMC office and pack up at around 1715hrs
