LUCKY 9 (What are the things inside your GO BAG)

1. Multi-tool (this can be optional since the students and other entities are not allowed to carry this inside schools and offices)
2. Water (bottled water or get your own container)
3. Signalling & Communication Kit (Whistle, headlamp, fire starter/match/lighter, small transistor radio, mirror, cellular phone, pentel pen, signaling banner, extra batteries/mini solar kit rechargers, pen and small notebook, snap stick)
4. 1st Aid and Medicine Kits
5. Chocolate and biscuits/power bars
6. Apparel kit (Malong, extra long sleeves quick dry upper, quick dry long pants, single ply rain gear, etc)
7. Paracord of no less than 5 meters long
8. Toiletry kit (toothbrush/tooth paste, anti fungal shampoo, alkaline soap, off lotion, ear buds, dry and wet tissue, etc
9. ZipLoc Kit (ZipLoc plastics, garbage plastic X 2-3 folded bags, duct tape, sewing kit, rubber bands, documents in ZipLoc, emergency numbers in ZipLoc

1st AID KIT (You may expand the contents as long as it fits your bag)

1. Elastic bandage, 4 inches
2. Non sterile gloves X 3 pairs
3. 4X4 gauze minimum of 5
4. Adhesive tape
5. Betadine 10% in small bottle
6. Sets of band aid
7. Triangular bandage
8. Safety pins
9. Syringe 5 mL with needle
10. Tweezer
11. Tissue forcep
12. Cotton balls in few amounts
13. Antibiotic cream/ointment
14. Burn cream

MEDICINE KIT (I call this the ‘Dosy Dozen’ and does not yet include your maintenance medicines if you have diabetes, hypertension, Asthma, etc. You may expand it if you like)

1. Paracetamol 500 mg X 3 (for head ache, fever and even simply body ache)
2. Decolgen or Symdex or bioflu X 3 tablets (for colds)
3. Lagundi or Oregano Tablets X 3 (for cough)
4. Kremil S or AlMgOh or Ranitidine or any Proton Pump inhibitor X 3 tablets/capsules (for gastritis and hyper acidity)
5. Loratadine or Co Aleva or Benadryl or Cetirizine X 3 capsules/tablets (For allergy)
6. Any ophthalmic antibiotic with analgesic effects like Post Op or Maxitrol eye drops X 1 bottle
7. Doxycycline 100 mg X 3 (prophylaxis for Leptospirosis and even Malaria)
8. Loperamide 4 mg X 3 (for diarrhea)
9. Anti-inflammatory drugs like Cefecoxib or Ibuprofen x 3 tablets/capsules
10. Stronger antibiotic like Azithromycin X 3 capsules (please ask your doctor as to how you can take this one and when)
11. ORESOL X 2 sachet (for rehydration)
12. Any Supplement like vitamin C or Conzace or Spirulina or Multivitamins you are used to taking
